Job Description:
As a Shop Tech, your main tasks include abrading metal surfaces for coating applications, masking designated areas before abrading, and ensuring blasted parts meet process requirements.
What youll be doing:
- Abrade metal surfaces for coating applications.
- Mask designated areas before abrading.
- Ensure blasted parts meet process requirements.
- Maintain machinery according to company guidelines.
- Load and unload ovens.
- Set up and operate a blast booth.
- Maintain necessary records.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
