Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Accounting Manager on behalf of a thriving, family-owned business. This small, yet rapidly growing business is dedicated to financial stability and maintaining strong business practices, making this an ideal role for an experienced professional who can bring a strategic mindset to a committed team.

We are looking for an Accounting Manager with not just the technical accounting skills but also leadership qualities. This candidate should have two or more years of professional accounting experience, along with a proven record of overseeing successful projects and processes. Comp up to $75k

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in the accounting field

• Demonstrated leadership capacity, with a knack for team building and influencing decision-making processes

• Solid experience in full month-end close processes, showing a firm understanding in preparing financial reports and statements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
