Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a Tig Welder:

• Market Leader in Aluminum Extrusion is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator.

• Fabricates a variety of customized parts and equipment for use throughout the plant.

• Designs specialty parts to meet production needs, e.g., Anodizing racks, Cast House clamps, etc.

• Fabricates specialty parts. Performs welding operations on a wide range of metals and alloys.

• Sources materials needed to fabricate parts.

• Assists Maintenance Technicians with mechanical repairs.

• Maintains clean and orderly workplace.

• Observes safety rules and practices

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Motivated, methodical, and optimistic

• Team-player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Quick learner with a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Sense of urgency / quick response to down machines and urgent issues.

• Quickly adapts to new problems and tasks.

• Ability to manage tasks effectively and complete on time.

• Do without being told. If you see a problem, report it and fix it.

• Able to work long hours and weekends as needed.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Must have a flexible schedule and weekends are required

• Background Check and Drug Test required
