For our site in Weesp/Olst we are looking for an Installation Supervisor

In compliance with all internal and external regulations regarding EHS and GMP, the Sr. Installation Supervisor is responsible for the execution of studies, analyses and interventions within his/her domain of expertise, in order to support and improve the long-term effectiveness (availability of the installation and buildings) of the production process. The Sr. Installation Supervisor is the linking pin between the operators, the maintenance department and maintenance engineering department. The Sr. Installation Supervisor will also be a linking pin between operations and engineering for implementation of improvements and will participate in (capital) projects.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Plan and manage maintenance and technical service activities. Timely escalation and communication of technical failures. If necessary, carry out additional research for a thorough approach/solution. Review notifications and add estimate of costs for pm approval

  • Performs technical supervision of the machines in scope, identifies early problems with machine reliability and obsolescence. Comes up with solutions / improvements to optimize this.

  • Provides technical support to Optimization Engineers during Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and the Maintenance Engineer for development of the preventive Maintenance plan.

  • Implement and participate training programs for operators.

  • Provide information, support and advice to the organization

Knowledge and experience

  • MBO 4+ or Bachelor's degree program completed with a Technical background, or demonstrable work experience
