Low Voltage Electrician

$22 - $30/hr | Omaha, NE

Job Description

As an Electrical Foreman, you will install and test a variety of equipment at client sites, including audio/video systems and paging systems. You will also work on cable racking and data closets if experienced in that area.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular duties will include the installation and testing of a variety of equipment being deployed at CCC client sites. This equipment consists of audio/video systems and paging systems. If they have experience in cable racking/data closets they will be utilized in that area as well. All of this gear requires data cabling work so pulling/testing/termination category cable will be a part of the job.

  • Will also be asked to perform other general labor duties like cleaning up, moving material, etc..

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of cable pulling experience- Low Voltage

  • General construction experience 2+ years if no cable pulling experience

  • Willing to submit post-offer, pre-employment background screen

Work Environment & Shift:

  • 100% field

  • Monday-Friday 7-4, some Saturdays but it's optional OT

  • Travel required occasionally (Usually summer school projects) - Example- They had a few crews traveling to North Platte every few weeks (rotation) during summer for a big school project. Usually 1 week/month

  • Sites include schools, hospitals, small businesses, strip malls, entertainment venues and auditoriums.
