Job Description

The individual in this position is responsible for unloading cases from conveyors and stacking them onto pallets according to carton specifications. The following duties are essential functions of this job, although the list is not exhaustive. The employee is expected to assume any and all duties assigned by management, even if they are not specifically listed.

• Retrieve packed cases from conveyors and stack them onto pallets according to customer specifications throughout the work shift.

• Wrap the top of loaded pallets to prevent higher boxes from falling when the load is moved.

• Pull loaded skid to the area where it is retrieved by forklift (approximately 70 ft.).

• Construct cardboard tops to cover boxes that do not have folding flaps.

Skills

• 6+ Months - Production Experience

• 6+ Months - Repetitive Work Experience

• Ability to lift 75 lbs

Work Environment

Very large production facility (100K square feet). Bright environment. During the winter, it could get cold, and it could get hot during the summer. Rotating Shift (3 days first week, 4 days second week, rotating working weekends) 6:00AM - 6:00PM.

Wage: $17.61/hr

Dress: Steel-toed boots, no jewelry, no fake nails. Jeans and a clean work shirt.
