Position Summary: The individual in this role provides specialized or general analysis in support of various financial functions such as financial reporting, cost-benefit analysis, asset/liability reporting, liquidity management, budgeting, profitability, and ad-hoc analysis. Gathers accounting and financial data, compiles reports and provides actionable recommendations to leadership. Collaborates with various departments to provide ongoing analysis and insights, conducts research for projects requiring financial guidance, and assists in the annual budgeting and forecasting efforts. This position is located in Portland, Oregon. Relocation assistance is not included. Qualifications Must-haves:& #8239; & #61607; Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. & #61607; Minimum one year of experience in reporting and analytics. & #61607; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with a heavy emphasis on Excel. & #61607; Working knowledge of financial accounting, financial institution policies, products, and services. & #61607; Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Knowledge of financial reporting tools and data visualization software. & #61607; Ability to interact effectively and professionally in group and individual settings and develop positive internal working relationships. & #61607; Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. & #61607; Maintains high standards in areas of security, accuracy, thoroughness, completeness and neatness of documentation, system input, and correspondence. Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality. & #61607; Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills. & #61607; Proficient in using personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. & #61607; Must be technologically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software applications. & #61607; Flexibility to deal with unexpected events, and occasionally attend meetings and events that may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours. & #61607; This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
