Honeywell Account Manager, Personal Protective Equipment in Oregon, Oregon

As an Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. You will report directly to our Sales Director. This position is remote for candidates based in the Portland, OR area. In this role, you will impact the safety and well-being of workers by providing them with high-quality PPE solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their specific safety requirements and recommend the most suitable products from our comprehensive line of PPE offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, with Industrial customers and a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
