PLUMBING APPRENTICESHIP INSTRUCTOR - MOUNTAINLAND TECHNICAL COLLEGE

PLUMBING APPRENTICESHIP INSTRUCTOR
Location: 1410 W 1250 S, Orem, UT 84058
Status: Part - Time / Non - Exempt
Hours: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm; two nights a week Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
Pay / Salary: $30.25 / Hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
With a better idea of what you'd get from employment with us, y ou probably want to know what you'd be doing, and what we expect. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
Instructs and manages classroom while ensuring high levels of learning
Evaluates instruction/learning by means of written, oral practical and performance tests.
Attends meetings as needed
Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Ability to instruct, manage, motivate, and evaluate student work in an industrial trade environment.
Working knowledge and skill of up-to-date industrial trade principles, methods, and techniques.
Safety skills and the ability to use and maintain industry-related hand and power tools.
