Employment Opportunity
The Orem Development Services Department is currently hiring for a Senior Building Inspector. This is a full-time, benefited position working under direction of the Chief Building Official. The Senior Building Inspector is a technical position responsible for conducting a variety of building inspections and enforcing compliance with related codes and regulations adopted by the City.
Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent.
5 years of relevant experience as a building inspector, with expertise in the inspection of large commercial projects.
Licensed with the State of Utah as a Combination Inspector.
- ICC Certified (commercial and residential) in building, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
Must possess and maintain a valid Utah driver's license
