Our Client:
Our client is a leading aerospace company specializing in cutting-edge technology solutions for the aviation and aerospace industries. Our client is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Position Details:
This is one year contract position with a pay rate is $98.99/hr. The hours are 6:00am – 4:00pm, Monday-Thursday.
This position requires an Active Secret Clearance
What to Expect as an Embedded Software Engineer:
Develop and maintain real-time embedded software applications.
Work with software products related to image processing, target detection and tracking, missile guidance/navigation/control algorithms, missile launchers, system control, built-in test, and system communication.
Utilize C++ for development on Linux-based environments or real-time operating systems like VxWorks or Integrity.
Provide technical task leadership and/or act as a subject matter expert in relevant areas.
Use source code control, issue tracking tools, and modern test tools for unit testing and static analysis.
Position Requirements:
Must have an Active Secret Clearance
Bachelors or Masters Degree
9+ Years of Relevant Experience
Strong background in real-time embedded software development.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-422, MIL-STD-1553, and Ethernet
Experience working with C++ Version 11 or Higher
