The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Has 3-5 years of "hands-on"/prior experience directing and maintaining building maintenance/services with an automotive dealership facility and/or general construction background preferred.
Inspects structure of building and determines if repairs are needed; ensures roofs, boilers, and elevators have updated inspections; oversees grounds keeping; maintains and relocates office equipment; develops solutions to difficult facility maintenance problems; manages outside contractors; is on call for emergencies to include environmental hazard management and remediation; implements and uses all preventive maintenance programs, safety requirements, and checklists; has basic knowledge of maintaining/troubleshooting commercial plumbing, electrical, painting, lighting, HVAC; has general understanding of federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company's business
Inspects the interior/exterior conditions of the facility and makes or schedules repairs with vendors/sub-contractors as needed on a timely basis.
Computer proficiency in MS Outlook and Word applications.
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
Excellent verbal communication (bilingual in Spanish preferred), interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
