Overview

The Garage Coordinator drives vehicles to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need, this could be around an airport or rental car facility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license

• 1 year of similar experience

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience Responsibilities:

• Verify Mileage of each vehicle entering the garage and send them to the correct area for parking.

• Ensure vehicles are parked as you direct.

• Ensure center console is open and driver is wearing seatbelt.

• Never leave your post without having a trained back fill in place before you leave, advise your coordinator before leaving for any reason.

• Wear uniform appropriately, present a neat appearance.

• Communicate with supervisor on radio of any fleet needs for your area.

• Conduct and communicate accurate car count every two hours.

• Game plan with garage management throughout shift.

• Look for markings on windows, clean off if needed.

• Move overflow cars as needed. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.Military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply
