THE WORK

- Managing production lines

- Analyzing and updating program schedules

- Working with the IPT to develop production plans

- Supporting proposals

- Identifying and coordinating implementation of internal process improvements

- Supporting and participating in programmatic and technical reviews, briefings, and meetings

WHO YOU ARE

You are a Project Manager supporting programs in the F-35 Training & Logistics or Air & Commercial Solutions (ACS) market segments. This role will support Operations Program Managers across those market segments and may include responsibility for financial performance and the execution of specific scope within those programs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Project management skills

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures

- Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) practices, principles, and compliance regulations

- Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools to include performance metric creation

Desired Skills:

- Experience working F-35 development programs

- Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams

- Ability to develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily priorities

- Experience coordinating tasks and actions with multiple functions

- Experience with SAP/COS, or equivalent Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools

- CAM certification and/or experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
