The Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others by celebrating successes and provide timely feedback. Our ideal candidate will be a team player and a future manager in the making. Requirements
Minimum 18 years of age
Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
Previous leadership experience required, preferably in a quick-service restaurant setting
Works well in a team environment
