This position is for a Senior Subcontract Manager (SCM) in which a successful candidate would proactively lead our suppliers and their respective teams to resolve complex technical issues. The role supports the Air Dominance programs and would have the following day to day key activities:

- Overall management of supplier performance to include cost, schedule, and technical through leading a cross functional team (engineering, quality, finance, planning, etc.).

- Place purchase orders in compliance with Federal Acquisition Procedures.

- Effectively communicate supplier issues to all levels of management.

- This position includes the opportunity to travel to supplier sites.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to create and present utilizing Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools. Effective

communication skills with the drive to grow and learn complex supply chain management.

Desired Skills:

Project management . Experience in: communicating to all levels of management; coordinating with engineers, finance, quality, logistics, planning team members toward a common goal; development activity; production activity.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
