Operations Manager
Objectives of this role
Maintain constant communication with upper management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the campaign.
Manage the whole team of Telco Sales Campaign.
Implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Ensure that operational activities remain on time
Track staffing requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Provide operational support and guidance to staff
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any course. Operations management, business administration, or related field are preferred
Proven background when it comes to Telco/Sales Campaign.
Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
The candidate must live within 30 minutes of our Ortigas office. Perfect attendance and arriving 30 minutes before the shift are a must.
