What is the job?​

As an Assistant Manager for In-Room Dining, you will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, and Head Chef to deliver the finest service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, maintaining quality, and ensuring seamless operations to provide the highest level of service for our guests

Your day to day​

・Handle In-Room Dining orders with care and precision

・Provide guidance to team members, manage schedules, and ensure smooth service delivery.

・Verify the quality of dishes and drinks to meet customer expectations.

・Manage inventory to ensure necessary ingredients and supplies are always available.

・Promptly address special requests from customers and strive for service improvement.

・Lead the team to ensure efficient service delivery.

・Create reports, compile data, and provide updates to superiors.

・チームメンバーを指導し、スケジュールを管理して円滑なサービスを提供する。

・料理やドリンクの品質を確認し、お客様の期待を満たすようにする。

・在庫管理を行い、必要な食材や資材が常に揃っていることを確保する。

・お客様の特別なリクエストに迅速に対応し、サービスの向上に努める。

・チームを率いて、効率的なサービスの提供を確保する。

・レポートやデータの作成、上司への報告を行う。

What We Need from You

・Fluency in Japanese and English – Extra language skills would be an advantage, but not essential.​

・Minimum three years of experience in the restaurant or in the relevant field including supervisory experience.​

・Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration. ​

・日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力 - 他の言語話せる方優遇

・レストラン または関連分野での最低3年以上の経験があり、マネージメント経験があることが望ましい

・ホテルマネジメント/ビジネス管理の学士号または同等の高等教育資格。
