TBS Solutions Hub Japan was established in November 2020 to appropriately and timely support internal and external customers by driving good practice sharing and adopting a technology across regions within TBS.

Solutions Specialist in TBS Solutions Hub collaborates with relevant functions to provide solutions to user and supplier by resolving queries and requests, i.e., end user support, related to indirect procurement, invoice settlement and travel expense claim via Takeda Solutions Portal (TSP) and Takeda Supplier Solutions Portal (TSSP) on ServiceNow platform, for delivering exceptional People Experiences where they feel supported and confident in our solutions. In addition, Solutions Specialist contributes to improvements in process and system by providing feedback and participating in a project which gives an opportunity of experiencing a global-scale end user support.

ACCELERATE VALUE & MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

  • Lead an initiative (e.g., process improvement) from stakeholder management to implementation as a representative of Japan Solutions Hub

  • Actively drive a best practice across regions for serving people experiences

  • Holistically analyze the data for helping a reasonable decision and influencing relevant functions

  • Timely and appropriate responses to queries and requests for support from internal users and suppliers related to Sourcing/Buying, Invoicing, Travel & Expenses via TSP and TSSP

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in any of the following: Procurement, Account Payable, Customer Service (>3years)

  • Ability to work in global team-based environment

  • Proven experience of achieving more than 2 continuous improvements with customer-oriented approach

  • Be able to drive a transformation or a cross-functional project with supervisor’s support

  • Be capable of translating user’s feedback into process or system, e.g., Ariba, Concur and SAP

  • Be capable of finding insight through analyzing data in an efficient manner

  • Having curiosity and experience of embedding a new way of working via digital technology

  • Interpersonal skill and problem solving capability

  • Business English and Japanese (Fluent)

  • Project management capability

  • Experience of using Ariba and Concur system in a daily basis

  • Experience of user training or 1st level user support role

  • Mandarin proficiency

勤務時間:本社(大阪市中央区・東京都中央区)9:00~17:30 、工場(山口県光市・大阪市淀川区)8:00~16:45 、(千葉県成田市)8:45~17:15 、 研究所(神奈川県藤沢市)9:00~17:45

休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)

働き方関連制度:フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入(対象社員)
