Folder Gluer Operator / Direct Hire / PM Shift

Our client, is seeking a Folder Glue Operator to join their manufacturing team in Oshkosh, WI. We are looking for hardworking and motivated talent who will align successfully within the organization. Be part of a dynamic team that is committed to quality!

Job Title: Folder Gluer Operator

Location: Oshkosh WI

Shift: PM SHIFT 6pm - 6am MON-THURS

Pay Range: $26.50 -$30.50

What’s the Job?

• Organize daily work to determine maximum efficiency

• Input set up information

• Adjust machine to accurately fold, glue and package product

• Identify, verify and match color for set ups and quality checks

• Run machine to produce product per customer specifications with accuracy and quality.

• Provide ongoing training to assistant personnel

What’s Needed?

• Ability to work with other machine operators and co-workers

• Ability to stand and walk duration of shift

• Ability to identify and distinguish color

• Minimum one year experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalency

• Ability to perform basic Mathematical Calculations
