We are looking for a dynamic and tech savvy professional to join us in Norway as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be the driving force behind mentoring and supporting hiring managers, enhancing their recruitment capabilities, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to bringing our overarching P&O strategy to life. You will have the opportunity to help define how things are done, in close collaboration with local P&O business partner, supported by regional and global People & Organization community.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Taking end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy.

  • Positioning Siemens as an "Employer of Choice" and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Delivering hires for roles that require advanced search and sourcing expertise.

  • Driving development within recruitment and talent acquisition, including mentoring and upskilling hiring managers.

  • Staying updated on labor market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence to maintain industry insight.

  • Supporting business needs in collaboration with Business Partners, including setting up onboarding strategies and contributing to organizational development and succession planning.

Your success will be grounded by

  • Holding a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, with a passion for talent acquisition and at least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.

  • Demonstrating proven expertise in sourcing and networking with candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and being certified in personality and ability assessment tools.

  • Exhibiting strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law and legislation related to HR practices, along with experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.

  • Showing enthusiasm for working with people, being caring, approachable, and patient, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.

  • Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in Norwegian and English.

  • Bringing curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn and try new things, with an advantage if you have experience from a global corporation.
