The General Manager of Dining Services oversees all aspects of the mealtime preparation, service, and the overall efficiency of the kitchen, dining room, in-room, and meal service areas.
How you will make an impact:
Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities
Hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff
Coordinate with the clinical dietitian, train and orients the staff on dining our process
Assure the dining program complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations
Ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored according to company standards
Compensation: Starting at $70,000 annually, based upon experience

What you will need:
Minimum of five years food service management experience required , including production, service, and sanitation
College Degree in Restaurant Management preferred, but not required
B.S. degree in Restaurant Management, Dietetics or Institutional Management may be a substitute for up to one year of experience
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent
Must meet the state requirements as a director of foodservice
