CVS has an opening for a Community Site Supervisor in Owatonna, Mon Fri, day shift. Responsible for evaluating, training and supervision of disabled adults in a variety of tasks in a community/production setting. Maintains records on consumers including documentation of performance. Transports or assists with transportation of consumers to and from facility and/or site to site. HS diploma/GED and experience preferred. Requires valid MN driver s license and current vehicle insurance card, with acceptable driving record and background check.
