We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Office Assistant in Ozark, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:

  • Receive and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Verify order information, including product details, pricing, and shipping addresses.

  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues or concerns.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

  • Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions.

  • Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-sales support.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.

  • Data Entry:

  • Enter and update customer information, orders, and other relevant data into the company's database or CRM system.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular quality checks and validations.

  • Compile and organize data for reporting purposes, including sales reports, inventory counts, and customer feedback analysis.

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.

  • Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
