Job Description:

• Assist in developing strategies for implementation of CI.

• Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work.

• Collect and maintain CI records for work area including recording scores, creating action lists, participating as necessary, and investigating and documenting issues.

• Data collect about current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities.

• Support production lines in meeting desired production goals on time and on budget.

• Identify waste in processes and work to remove it.

• Work closely with operations team to establish work standards.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field

  Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in SQL coding, Tableau and Lean Six Sigma.
