Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will drive Carrier Corporation's Global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) vision and initiatives, actively fostering an inclusive culture that aligns with our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and people-centric goals. About this role:

Manages multiple departments that include multiple teams led by managers and/or supervisors of Talent Management employees. Establishes and implements long-term talent management strategies and objectives. Works to influence leaders and executives to align and implement comprehensive talent management processes and staffing strategies at an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a large team of experienced professionals that develop and implement talent management policies to achieve the objectives of short- and long-term strategic plans for effective talent management within a business unit, department or assigned area.

  • Oversees the implementation of policies that address organization strategies focused on fostering an inclusive work environment to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.

  • Works to influence executive leaders to develop and implement talent management processes within an assigned business unit or department.

  • Act as leading expert for business unit or department leaders on the alignment of staffing strategies for the short- and long-term needs of an assigned business unit or department.

  • Oversees the implementation of solutions to address gaps pertaining to performance management.

  • Oversees quantitative and qualitative analysis on talent management programs to understand key trends and provides direction and oversight to the execution of program and process improvements.

  • Oversees the development and execution of a sourcing plan to meet the current and future human resources needs of an assigned business unit or department.

  • Leads global I&D strategies, implementation, and goal alignment to enable company outcomes including ESG.

  • Embed I&D in HR and business culture and processes that drive differentiation for the company.

  • Enhances company reputation to attract and retain diverse talent.

  • Collaborates with various teams for I&D integration.

  • Partners and be a trusted advisor for Employee Resource Groups.

  • Represents the company and identifies I&D partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • 10 + years of experience in HR leadership/Talent management

  • 3 + years of experience in Inclusion & Diversity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic vision and influence to align plans with stakeholder needs.

  • Agile corporate environment experience, driving organizational transformations.

  • Proven record in talent development initiatives including processes and results.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong leadership, team development, and inclusive style.

  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills at all levels; experience supporting c-suite executives.

  • Demonstrated results-driven, execution approach.

  • Ability to build relationships and operate autonomously.

  • Leverage data to deliver insights and to drive direction.
