Job Description:

Provide support to the JEXC2 Family of Systems and other NSWC PCD projects and provides general program analyst and administrative office support.

Position requires strong communication and documentation skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.

Works closely with Supervisors to perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract programs.

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs.

Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.

Monitors and reports funding/performance against plans for multiple projects to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

Interacts regularly with internal team and customers and other industry representatives to compile monthly status reports and ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Maintains financial databases, analyzes data, and develops reports.

Arranges U.S./international travel, prepares expense reports, and reconcile approved travel expenses with actual expenditures.

Serves as the on-site point of contact for new employees and coordinates on-boarding processes for them.

May perform business development activities.

May assist with facility security to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures.

Participates in special projects as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience),

2+ years of experience

Familiarity with project management, financial tracking, Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Analytics and CMPro (some training can be provided)

Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
