The RN, Director is responsible for oversight and direction of the Emergency Department. This position shall be accountable for and contribute to program development, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment. Agrees with culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMCs Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
