NBCUniversal owns and operates more than 20 businesses in 30 different countries. It has a valuable portfolio of television networks, news, entertainment and major television production operations, as well as a group of television stations, world-renowned theme parks, a premium ad-supported streaming service and a leading film company: UNIVERSAL PICTURES.

Universal Pictures International  is a distribution company based in many countries around the world. It distributes numerous films in various countries (the Jurassic World franchise, James Bond, The Minions, etc.).

As part of a team of 5 people and reporting to the Controller, your tasks will include :

  • Supervision of outsourced supplier accounting

  • Accounting for fixed assets

  • Monitoring of intra-group transactions

  • Preparation and follow-up of non-cinema customer invoices

  • Verification of expense reports (one company)

  • Preparation of tax returns (DAS 2) and social security returns (Agessa)

  • Participate in monthly closing operations

  • Participation in drawing up company accounts VAT declarations (in the absence of the accountant in charge of VAT)

  • Supervision of accounts receivable (in the absence of the person in charge of accounts receivable)

  • Preparation of legal management documents

  • At least 3 years' experience in general accounting

  • Solid accounting, tax and legal knowledge, ideally in a dynamic, international environment such as that of this group.

  • At ease with IT tools, mastering the Office pack (Word, Excel) and having already worked on an ERP (SAP).

  • Strong reporting skills

  • Strong rigor in monitoring your activity and ability to report points of vigilance

  • Strong team spirit, actively contributes to creating a positive working environment, is always ready to help others and communicates openly and consistently with colleagues in different departments.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
