Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Paris, IL | $25-$26/hr

Shift: 1st shift (4 10hr shifts a week)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to handle building maintenance in various areas. Looking for someone wanting a long-term career with a small team.

Must Haves:

  • Maintenance technician

  • Basic computer skills

  • Building Maintenance on the following areas:

  • Plumbing

  • HVAC - Cleaning and changing coils, cleaning filters

  • Carpentry

  • Drywall and Painting

  • Janitorial

  • Boiler

  • Landscaping - zero-turn mowing, snow removal

  • Cleaning and changing coils

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with aerial lifts

  • Experience operating forklifts

Job Type

This is a contract to hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Paris, Illinois.

Work Environment

The position involves working four 10-hour shifts per week. The role requires being on call at times and mandates on-site presence.
