Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to join the team and be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. The General Manager oversees and coordinates the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated business objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. They will be expected to communicate issues, concerns, and special needs/projects and day to day business of the unit to Senior Leadership. Other duties include the control of cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policies and responsibility for Bank Deposits.

Skills and Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in Restaurant Management

 · Strong customer service experience

 · Restaurant POS Systems experience

 · Ability to carry 35 pounds & be on feet for 8+ hrs

 · Valid driver's license

 · Inventory Control Experience

 · Experience managing the financials, daily reports, and scheduling 40+ headcount at a restaurant

 · ServSafe Manager Certification · 4 yr College Degree

   Business Admin or Management focus

 · Has a Beer Cicerone Certification

 · Has experience working at an Independent (non-corporate) Restaurant null
