Bobst North America Inc seeks a Senior Field Service Technician/TSS in Parsippany, NJ.Duties: The Field Service Technical Specialist (FSTS) has a dual role to provide high quality support to our internal and external Customers, by focusing on technical aspects. The FSTS must ultimately be the reference in North America for all technical questions related to his technology. This multi-faceted, highly-skilled Technician is a seasoned project manager who may oversee multiple projects at one time. He/she works creatively to assign Bobst assets (personnel and equipment) to satisfy customer needs. As a machine expert and the key supporter of Bobst Field Service Technicians in the field, the FSTS will be a time-management and communications pro. He/she works diligently and with enthusiasm, taking ownership of difficult projects. The FSTS builds confidence by displaying empathy for the customers situation and anticipating needs to coordinate the timely disposition of repairs, installations and training. Telecommuting is allowed for this role. Requires 3 years of mechanical experience. Requires 3 years of electrical experience. Requires 3 years of troubleshooting experience. Requires 3 years of process knowledge and equipment experience. Requires 3 years of project management experience.
