NORCO INC Customer Service Representative / Product Specialist in Pasco, Washington
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Sales / Product Specialist position. The Industrial Sales / Product Specialist is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
- Reload and stock vending machines or VMI cabinets
- Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer
- Communicate with customers to adjust stock levels and minimize stock-outs
- Route orders to be delivered to appropriate personnel departments
- Survey customer operations for opportunities to increase sales
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
- Wage $40,000 - $50,000 annual
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Valid Driver's License required; CDL License a Plus
