Grundfos Payroll Specialist in Pasig City, Philippines

What is the Job all about?

This job will be responsible for providing organized and dependable support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payroll related processes and reporting for multiple countries globally and supports global payroll process transitions.

You will be reporting to the HR Manager, Payroll Operations Center and will be assigned to work in Manila, Philippines.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Payroll validation – Cross comparison of the payroll inputs versus the payroll output calculation file [25%]

  • Payroll processing – Performing in-house payroll processes in our global Payroll Provider’s system based on process descriptions [20%]

  • Payroll reporting – Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual payroll reports either generated by the payroll provider’s system or manually [20%]

  • Payroll process transition – Providing support in transition of processes from other global countries in alignment with the Payroll Roadmap [20%]

  • Internal communication – Communicating with the original process owner country i.e. with the Local Payroll Consultant, HR Country Manager, or other local stakeholders [10%]

  • Vendor communication – Communicating with the global payroll provider in case of technical issues [5%]

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience within Payroll & Benefits in a multi country set-up

  • Payroll processing and Payroll output validation experience

  • Experience with outsourced payroll provider setup

  • Experience with process transitions is a plus / Possession of process efficiency mindset.

  • Experience from a global company

  • Must speak and write English fluently.
