This position is responsible for managing activations at events in multiple cities for client programs. This role involves operating a company vehicle and activating sampling programs at stores and local events. Event schedules will be determined based on client demand. The position will require FT availability as the schedule dictates the hours available.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain company vehicle
Transport equipment to event locations
Manage and oversee sampling events
Engage with consumers about product features and benefits
Providing event recaps and other administrative duties as needed
Supervise event staff at event activations
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Weekend and holiday availability will be required
Ability to safely operate appliances
Ability to transport and set up event equipment (pop-up tents, grills, sampling stations, etc.)
Must be able to stand for entire event
We encourage applicants with diverse backgrounds, including retirees, older adults, and military veterans, who may not have traditional education or experience. We provide both initial and ongoing training for individuals who join our events team.
Work Environment
Driving – Operating vehicle. Moderate to high noise levels associated with an outside event environment with some exposure to cold, variable weather conditions, refrigerated and frozen product display cases, food products and cleaning chemicals.
