UIC Government Services and the Bowhead Family of Companies Senior Program Management Analyst in Patuxent River, Maryland

Overview

Bowhead is looking for a Senior Program Management Analyst to support the PMA 268 contract (Proposal) at Patuxent River, MD

Responsibilities

  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.

  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.

  • Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.

  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.

  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Qualifications

  • Required: MA/MS degree.

  • Required: ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

  • At least three (3) years’ experience working in, adjacent to, or in direct support of Special Access Programs; at least three years’ experience in Microsoft Office, including setting up Teams meetings, administering team groups, chats and calls, experience with Microsoft Power Automate; experience in program offices that are responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple programs of record; experience in program offices responsible for ship integration and installations and early program lifecycle support.

  • Allowable Substitutions:Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a master’s degree. OR Associate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a master’s degree.

  • Must be able to process a variety of information, evaluate costs and benefits, and solve complex problems.

  • Must posess communication skills, math skills, writing skills and be detail oriented.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds

  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
