We are searching for a Foreign Military Sales Program Management Analyst, Senior to support our customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Functional Description: Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Supports program requirements, program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. Assist the Program/Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities. Participate in meetings to support program objectives and the Program/Case Manager. Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for FMS requirements. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning

Required Education: Master’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include a Bachelor’s Degree plus two additional years of work experience or an Associate’s degree and four additional years of work experience or six years of additional work experience.

Required Experience: This position requires more than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: At least four (4) years of experience supporting FMS acquisition of major systems or components; experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; professional experience in technical efforts supporting FMS procedures and processes. Demonstrated experience in program/project status and schedules.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
