The Accounting Specialist analyzes travel and entertainment reimbursement processes and assures that expenses reimbursements are according to the procedures and policy as established by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Audit Expense reports for compliance with company’s policies

• Provide backup support and engage in solutions to user problems to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.

• Conduct various month end closing related works & monthly reconciliation

• Monthly reporting of KPI & management report

• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications:

• Accounting degree required

• Typically requires 1-2 years of professional work experience

• Standard computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)

• Working knowledge of Oracle

• Good at excel and other Microsoft tools
