Summary of Role:

We are searching for a Senior Analyst SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Program manager to join the Center of Excellence for Sourcing within the Materials and Indirect Procurement group in Global Supply Chain (GSC). This individual will be a responsible for managing and supporting activities related to our Supplier Relationship Management program.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Program-manage the deployment and completion of quarterly supplier scorecards

  • Align and manage the scheduling of Executive Business Reviews with key suppliers

  • Distribute and collect results from an NPS survey of key supplier stakeholders

  • Help plan and execute a global Supplier Day event

  • Support any inquiries related to the running of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program

  • Look for opportunities to improve the SRM program and implement them

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience - 3+ years professional experience in administration or program management

  • Excellent organizational and program management skills

  • Ability to operate and manage business processes within a global organization

  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders

  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to perform in a very fast paced environment

  • Ability to learn to utilize IT systems for data entry/extraction (e.g, Oracle, SAP)

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
