Job Title: Haven Lounge & In-Room Dining Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven individual to join our team as the Haven Lounge & In-Room Dining Manager. This role requires someone who can provide complete oversight of all managerial tasks associated with running our outlets while also driving revenue, managing costs, and ensuring every guest has a positive on-brand experience. Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete oversight and ensure the successful completion of all managerial tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the Haven Lounge and In Room Dining service.

  • Drive revenue through strategic planning, promotional activities, and exceptional customer service while also managing costs to optimise profitability.

  • Take a hands-on approach throughout the operation, actively engaging with guests and team members to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

  • Complete multiple shifts in the outlets, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuity of service and to stay connected with the team and guests.

  • Uphold brand standards for service, presentation, and guest interaction to ensure a positive on-brand experience for all guests.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the operation, from guest satisfaction to staff training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a hands-on managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on driving revenue and managing costs.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
