Then come and join our Malaysia team as Closing & Reporting specialist analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• You are responsible to plan, prepare, and consolidate balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.).

• You are responsible to prepare reports for unit or "Finance & Controlling" management.

• You are responsible to analyze and evaluate assets and liabilities.

• You may have to analyze tax obligations and recommends measures to optimize tax payments.

• You are responsible to contribute for analyzing relevant for annual financial report.

• You may have to maintain operational bank contacts and contributes in "Finance & Controlling" activities.

• You are responsible to complete projects concerning improvements of general financial processes.

• You will be responsible to cooperate with vendors, clients in reconciling the account status, on an accountable level.

• You will be responsible to keep abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards, and trains Accounting Operations staff respectively.

• You are responsible to executes consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements.

• You are responsible to deliver closing and reporting services of assigned companies in accordance with company regulations and guidelines in both AP0 and P58 systems.

• You will be responsible to keep abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards.

• You are responsible to attend to queries from customers relating to financial processes, investigate and ensure closure.

• You will be responsible to assist on items clearing or financial data cleansing when required.

• You are responsible for maintenance of PC/CC, Product Hierarchies, Activity Types and Prices of the assigned entities.

• You are responsible to follow-up on non-conformance issues and change requests.

• You are responsible for providing Level 2 support for the company serviced by the individual.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Graduate of accounting degree

• At least 5 years SAP experience with good accounting background.

Your attributes and skills:

• You shall have strong accounting background.

• You shall have exposure to SAP system.
