Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk within the transport industry. Based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for high-volume data entry and maintaining customer demographics. This role will also involve email correspondence, reading reports, and phone correspondences.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high volume data entry tasks.

• Update and maintain customer demographics in the database.

• Obtain any additional demographic information as needed.

• Manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

• Read and interpret reports as necessary.

• Handle phone correspondence with customers and team members.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, to accomplish tasks.

• Apply typing skills of 45 - 60 WPM for data entry tasks.

• Receive and incorporate training provided to enhance job performance.

• Use basic computer skills to accomplish daily tasks. Requirements • Experience in the Transport industry is highly desirable

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in MS Excel is required

• Typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM is mandatory

• Proven experience in Data Entry

• Excellent Email Correspondence ability

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently and accurately

• Ability to work in a team and individually

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level is required

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
