Job Summary: The eCommerce Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting several ecommerce accounts as well as the Account Managers. This would include new item setups and edits, running reports using Generac sales software, reviewing and answering consumer marketplace questions, maintaining and monitoring customer portals, and ensuring all ecommerce assortments are updated and correct.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all Generac families of products are built and maintained on customer websites

  • Helps to ensure all inventory and pricing is correct and transmitting to partners appropriately

  • Works with marketing and Account Managers to ensure all needed digital assets are created aligned with the customer’s required spec needs

  • Runs reports using Generac sales software

  • Offers sales support to Account Managers as needed, on Amazon.com, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, TractorSupply.com, Walmart.com, ebay.com, and other national retailer ecommerce accounts

  • Responds to customer inquiries on product questions and order tracking

  • Helps to manages promotional calendar to ensure accuracy

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimal Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 1 year experience in sales, sales support, or account administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications

  • Bilingual Spanish

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective time management skills

  • Effective prioritization skills

  • Ability to multi-task; high level of attention to detail.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.  The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.  The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
