American Transmission Company Team Leader Asset Manager in Pewaukee, Wisconsin

Summary of Responsibilities:

Energize your career at ATC! We’re adding a Team Leader-Asset Manager to refine and implement ATC’s asset management methodology to manage the life cycle of transmission assets. This includes the development and implementation of maintenance protocols and asset renewal programs with a long-range view of ATC’s transmission system assets.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your bachelors degree in electrical or civil engineering and five years of progressively responsible experience in substation projects, construction or maintenance to lead and develop engineering staff that establish and maintain the asset management methodology that determine repair or replace decisions for transmission assets. You’ll lead the development and regular update of the overall asset renewal plan, including coordination with internal and external parties to ensure coordination with all appropriate stakeholders and ensures methodology is consistent with ATC’s business objectives and risk tolerance. In addition, you’ll lead analysis and refinement of ATC’s capital spares plan, consistent with best practices and business risk, manage team workload, schedule and prioritize work responsibilities of internal resources, outside firms and alliance partners to ensure budgets and project deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of performance and quality and demonstrate leadership in the area of safety and human performance.
