Job Description:

Location: Philadelphia PA Metro Area (Hybrid)

This is an opportunity to be a key part of Capgemini’s Cloud COE team, driving the next level of growth for this organization. The Banking & Capital Markets sector is rapidly expanding, and we are looking to add a leader who can bring transformation to our group. We are looking for a Senior Client Partner with a proven track record of building and managing portfolios in the Cloud & Transformation solutions of over ($20M+) in annual revenue. The candidate should have expertise in enhancing footprint at clients through a deep understanding of their business objectives, demonstrated thought leadership, solution-based selling, and developing deep client intimacy.

The candidate should have proven experience in managing clusters of large accounts, , establishing connections with the C-suite, and having a deep industry connection with a range of partners/solution providers in the cloud management space. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud programs and should come from a cloud management heritage. The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding and practical knowledge of cloud management drivers for Tier 1 organizations, such as cloud architecture, cloud-native development, DevOps, cloud security, and cloud governance.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in a leadership role at a financial services or consulting firm with financial services clients.

  2. Proven expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure in one or more banking verticals (e.g., Wealth/Asset Management, Consumer Banking, Cards & Payments, Capital Markets).

  3. Proven expertise in cloud management to enable engagement as a thought leader (relevant topics above).

  4. 3-5 years of experience managing cloud engagements at Tier 1 organizations ($20M+).

  5. Strong network of partners in the cloud management space.

  6. Proven track record of driving cloud management deals from inception to delivery in the $5M range.

  7. People manager par excellence—proven track record of building global teams that deliver customer value.
