The work we do here matters.Department OverviewThe Worldwide Sales Effectiveness & Enablement organization is a business team that leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools & processes that enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for everyday sales tools our sellers, customers and partners use to drive Sales Growth, including: CRM solutions (Salesforce.com) and quoting solutions (Oracle's Configure-Price-Quote). As a business team, it is our mission to help deliver the best set of tools, data & processes that will enable our Worldwide Sales organization to drive continuous sales growth.Job Description The CPQ Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for deploying and supporting sales tools within Salesforce and CPQ that enable our sellers to "sell more" and "sell faster." This role is part of a team focused on delivering new sales tools and processes in the areas of Customer Data Management, Customer and Partner Relationship Management, Sales Quoting, and general Sales Enablement.

The CPQ Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

As part of a team, work on the global design and deployment of new sales & selling tools

Launch new functionality to new and/or existing user groups

Represent Sales by partnering with Product Orderability, CPQ IT, Order Management and other cross-functional teams to drive projects and goals

Enable offers and enhancements for internal and external users for all business regions

Gather business requirements and develop new business processes as part of design activities

Subject matter expert on go-to-market processes and channel strategies

Determine use cases and develop test scenarios. Write test scripts and participate in user acceptance testing

Develop business process and training documentation as needed

Perform new and existing user training sessions

Develop business readiness plans for tool or new capability launches, including change management, communication, and support plans

Develop strategies to drive adoption of tools, improve efficiencies and increase benefits to the Sales team

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree

2+ years experience in one or more of the following: Product Planning, Sales, or Business Operations

Project Management experience strongly preferred

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to work under short deadlines

Self-motivated and able to operate with limited direction in a fast-paced project-driven environment

Ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships to build consensus with cross-functional teams such as regional sales operations, channel operations, IT, Software Enterprise, Services, Drop Ship, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Presales, Order Management, Post Sales, Supply Chain, and Credit

Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience working with ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and other Business Operations IT applications a plus
