Job Summary The Dornsife School of Public Health is seeking a biostatistics Data Analyst for the Chinese Immigrant Enclave/Neighborhood study. The analyst will work on data processing, coding in SAS, statistical analyses, and contribute to reports/manuscripts and presentations. Candidates must be able to work on-site at least 1 day per week at the Dornsife School of Public Health (Nesbitt Hall). Essential Functions Retrieve and assemble data from multiple sources, create derived datasets, execute statistical analyses. Maintain detailed documentation/protocols for data analyses and methods. Aid in preparation of project reports and presentations. Train and oversee student research assistants on the project, as needed. Perform additional duties, as assigned. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Biostatistics At least 0.5 years of experience managing and analyzing data Intermediate/advanced knowledge of statistics Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SAS Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) Physical Requirements Typically sitting at a desk/table Location Hybrid/Flexible Work Arrangement - Philadelphia, PA Additional Information This is a part-time temporary position classified as non-exempt.  The pay offered is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
