Description Are you a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant seeking to utilize their skills? Robert Half is working with a company that has an opportunity for a self-starter eager to grow with a firm while handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This long-term contract / contract HR Assistant position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

Responsibilities

  • Preside over employee database records

  • Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials

  • Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities

  • Use the internet to search for potential customers Requirements - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Previous experience working with Attendance

  • Comprehension of Process Improvement

  • Phone Presenc experience highly preferred

  • Practical knowledge of Workstation Support

  • Policy experience

  • Proficiency in HRBP

  • Good understanding of Execute

  • Experience with employee relations

  • Background working with Customer Satisfaction

  • Communication experience desired

  • Interpreting experience preferred

  • Inbound Inquiries experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration

  • Punctual experience desired

  • Earlier work involving Partners

  • Payroll experience

  • Hands-on experience with Service Level Agreements

  • tax experience highly valued

  • Adeptness in Database

  • Training experience

  • General familiarity with supervising

  • Foundational knowledge in Interprets

  • Prior experience with Overtime

  • Quality experience

  • Expertise in HR System

  • Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
