Position Description:

The Inventory Manager provides leadership and support to all Invasive Cardiovascular Laboratory areas of inventory control, supply distribution, expense reduction, supply utilization and standardization. Manage Inventory Coordinator.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years Materials Management experience preferred (7 years Materials Management experience in lieu of educational requirements with the minimum educational requirement being a high school diploma or GED required).

Knowledge of Material Management concepts to include product knowledge, dynamic theories of supplies and vendor value added programs.

Skill Requirements:

Must be able to build relationships with all levels of staff, management, and vendors. Excellent financial analysis and in oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to interface with physicians, nurses, technologists, corporate purchasing staff and pharmaceutical/medical equipment vendors.
