PDC Global Enterprise LLC is providing B2B services and is looking to hire a technician with some existing technical foundation and is interested in growing into a long-term position.
Employment type: part-time or full-time depending on skill level
Flexible hours to accommodate the right candidates
Compensation: $18-$22/hour to start (skill dependent)
We do consider subcontracting scenarios.
Any combination of the following skills would be relevant:
Telecom/VOIP/Hosted VOIP
Cameras/CCTV
Access Control
Networking/IT
Low Voltage Cabling
Desktop/Laptops/Servers
Basic tools kit needed: Drill, Screwdriver, Velcro, Drill Bits, Cable Tester, etc.
(Each job varies. Field Techs will know what tools are required before being given each task.)
Hours: Mornings, Afternoons, or Nights available.

*Our PDC Team are presented with a large amount of IT related tasks that need to be completed. We are searching for several new hires to assist us.
Responsibilities
- Installing or upgrading equipment maintained by the company in various field locations
- Configuring hardware and software components after installation
- Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
- Testing equipment to troubleshoot the issues
- Documenting installation and repairs
- Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls
- Teaching customers how to use the equipment properly
Managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment
Education
- High school diploma or GED or College Degree required
Prefer 1 year of IT experience
Travel
- Workers with personal vehicles must have a valid driver's license.
- We do have a limited number of tasks that are public transportation friendly if still interested in part time work.
This job requires 100% traveling to our local clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience with computers, cell phones,
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure technology hardware
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Great at organizing inventory, prioritizing, and multitasking
- Experience with Technology or related field
Lifting 20-40 lbs. occasionally. (Computers, Servers, Switches, and other tech parts)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
